Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds on flower workshops

Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. To redeem please email hello@thefloralistas.co.uk and let us know which workshop you’d like to join.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any class and will refund you in this unlikely event.
If you cannot make the event please try and let us know as soon as possible so that the next person the waiting list doesn’t miss out.

Hen parties/groups

Maximum class of 8, changes can be made up to one month before booking. Non refundable deposit and the remaining payment must be made 30 days before the event.

Privacy

Any information you provide us with will only be used by us to get in touch with you. We will never share your details or use your information for updates unless you’ve already signed up for our newsletter

Covid update

We would ask everyone visiting our studio to continue to wear a mask please.

If you are attending a workshop, we would assume that if you think you may have come into contact with someone showing symptoms you will have taken a test beforehand. If you or anyone in close contact has shown symptoms, then we would ask you to cancel and let us know as soon as possible.

A full refund will be given if you let us know within 2 full working days and we or you are able to fill your space with another guest as we will have pre bought all materials by then. If we are unable to fill your space or you let us know within the 48 hours prior to the workshop we will only be able to refund 25% of the ticket price to over our costs.

You are advised to make sure you can cover these costs or have taken adequate insurance against any loss through illness, personal accident or failure to attend.
